How Much Does a Mobile Notary Cost?

0-20 miles $65.00 Includes 1 simple document notarization. 21-40 miles $85.00 includes 1 simple document notarization. 41-60 miles $110.00 Includes 1 simple document notarization. Additional documents are $5.00 per notarization. Pricing for Trust Estate signings, Real Estate closings and refinancing are not included in the above pricing guide. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

What Do I Need to Bring to My Appointment?

Please bring:

How Long Does the Notarization Process Take?

What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule My Appointment?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

How Do I Prepare My Documents for Notarization?

All signers to include any required witnesses must have Gov't Issued Photo identification which includes A Gov't issued Passport State issued Driver's license or State issued Photo Identification card.
